Kate and Ellie have a playdate!

Katie and I got the girls together for a playdate. They had a great time. As you can tell in the pictures, Kate and Ellie look the same age despite the fact that Ellie is 21 months and Kate is 15 months. I can already picture them in ballet class together, just like Katie and I were at the wee age of 3!

When it rains/snows in April...we go shopping.

Kate is decked out in rain attire courtesy of Aunt Marcia and Uncle Joe to head out to the mall. We didn't manage to buy anything, but we did wave at every single person who came within 100 feet of us!

Who is knocking at my door? Grandma and Grandpa!!!

Grandma and Grandpa Adam were in town visiting, and Kate could not have been happier about it! Though she had taken her first steps at about 14 months and had begun walking without holding onto fingers more consistently about two weeks ago, with Grandma and Grandpa around, she simply started showing off. She abandoned her usual walking on the knees or wanting a pinky to hold and began powerwalking all over the house. Let the fun begin!
